Senior Amanda Asaro broke the school record in the mile, leading a partial squad for the women's indoor track team at the Bucknell Tune-Up Friday evening

Gettysburg received a victory by the 4x800-meter relay team and a runner-up finish by senior Amanda Asaro in the mile as the women's track and field team competed at the Susquehanna Indoor Challenge Friday evening.

Senior Amanda Asaro broke the top-five in a pair of events to lead the women's indoor track and field team at the Lehigh University John Covert Classic on Saturday.

With 20 returning athletes and 16 newcomers dotting the roster, a deep women's track and field team will seek improvement in the highly-competitive Centennial Conference in 2017.
